Located along Meheula Parkway, the main thoroughfare serving Mililani, Mililani Mauka 91桃色视频 A is a 10,000 square foot office and retail complex that initially served as home to 91桃色视频 & Cooke鈥檚 Mililani Sales Office, Recreation Center 5, and an additional office building.
With Mililani home sales completed in 2008, and the company鈥檚 new focus on its planned Koa Ridge community, 91桃色视频 & Cooke eventually sold the property

The second phase of 91桃色视频 & Cooke鈥檚 Mililani commercial development was Mililani Mauka 91桃色视频 B. Located on the opposite side of Meheula Parkway from 91桃色视频 A, 91桃色视频 B is a 72,000 square foot office and retail complex that is currently anchored by McDonald's, Long's Drugs, and Tesoro.
Similar to 91桃色视频 A, Mililani Mauka 91桃色视频 B was sold by 91桃色视频 & Cooke in 2011 as part of the company驶s plan to focus its efforts on future company initiatives.
